Fotografen Elis Hoffman har blivit antagen att som enda svensk delta i Lodz fotofestiwal i Polen. 600 fotografer från hela världen sökte med sina utställningar för att få delta i fotofestiwalens Grand prix. Tolv stycken blev antagna. Så här beskriver han sitt projekt "Tonight", som han ställer ut i Polen: Perfection is not real and nobody is. Some pretend to be and almost everybody is trying to become. Why are we so afraid of showing what we need and feel? I want to change our perception on how a person should act. For me, people are the most beautiful when we dare to show our vulnerability. In Sweden we have a tradition of going to different venues and dance, to what we call dance band music. These dances are often located in small towns in the countryside. A so-called dance band plays the music and the songs are often about love, heartache and memories from the past.
